Tova App User Agreement

Welcome to the Tova App ("Tova," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Tova App (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following User Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Tova App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17 years old, you are not authorized to access or use the App.

2. User Account

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Engage in activities that may damage, disable, or interfere with the App's functionality.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Restrictions on Use

Tova grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
• Copy, distribute, or sublicense the App in any way.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

6. Termination

Tova reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or engaged in any activity that harms the App or its users.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tova does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.

10. Modifications to the Agreement

Tova reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates.

By using the Tova App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
